Mr. James was this year's West Campus student speaker for the Convocation ceremony to welcome all freshmen students across the network. In his speech, he told the audience, "I feel like Urban Prep really supports us by giving us a vision for our future, helping us fulfill our purpose as young men, encouraging faith in ourselves and our community and giving us a place and education to be thankful for."
